Job Summary
Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) needed for multiple inpatient and outpatient roles across IU Health facilities in Indiana. Positions available at Fort Wayne as the new hospital opens, with transition to the Fort Wayne team once operational. Available specialties include Cardiac Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology, Critical Care (Medical or Surgical), Emergency Department, Med-Surg, Pre-Admission Testing, Pre-op/PACU, PCU, and Operating Rooms. Includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time roles, with market-competitive base pay and shift differentials; benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, tuition assistance, and comprehensive health coverage. Requires an active RN license in Indiana or NLC, and ASN with BSN preferred; BLS certification and other advanced life support certifications may be required by unit. Locations across Fort Wayne and surrounding Indianapolis-area facilities while Fort Wayne opens.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience
- ASN required; BSN preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification per AHA
- Additional advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty
