Job Summary
Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients, implement treatment plans, and document client progress. Candidates must have a high school diploma, be willing to obtain RBT certification, and possess reliable transportation. The position offers competitive pay rates of $22-$27/hour for 20-25 hours a week with flexible scheduling and various benefits including training assistance and PTO. Prior experience in ABA therapy is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (must have or be willing to obtain)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Desired Qualifications
- Some college preferred
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus
