Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in a commercial environment, including rooftops, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, VAV systems, and walk-ins; diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and document work while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory requirements; collaborate with team members and communicate with clients effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVACR systems
- EPA 608 Certification or licensure as an HVAC/R Technician
- Strong understanding of HVACR principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot HVAC systems efficiently
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment, including ice machines, chillers, market cases, reach-in refrigerators, walk-in freezers, and walk-in refrigerators
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team environment
- Valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience
