Job Summary
Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join La Fosse’s Information Security team in a 360 permanent recruitment role. You will build and maintain client relationships, identify and win new business, source and engage high-quality candidates, manage end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer, negotiate terms, ensure GDPR/compliance adherence, and stay ahead of industry trends. The role involves partnering with clients across the UK, based out of the Birmingham office with close collaboration to the London team, and a hybrid working model (4 days in London + 2 weeks per year to work remotely). You will operate within a high-performing team of ~12, with strong billings metrics and progression opportunities, and participate in a structured interview process. A proactive, collaborative, and commercially-minded recruiter who can source talent, manage offers, and maintain robust CRM records will thrive in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role
- Strong track record of business development and client relationship management
- Ability to source talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks
- Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle
- Negotiation and offer management skills
- Excellent communication and influential abilities
- Collaborative, team-first mindset
- Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Bullhorn is a plus) and recruitment compliance
