Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, interviewing, offer management, and closing candidates, while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interview teams. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies across multiple business functions. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and transparency while building proactive talent pipelines using sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referrals. Use recruitment KPIs and analytics to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring performance. Ensure recruitment processes align with local labor regulations and company standards while supporting employer branding initiatives. This hybrid role in Lisbon requires 4-6+ years of in-house recruitment experience and fluent Portuguese and English skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in end-to-end, in-house recruitment
- Experience hiring across multiple functions, including Tech, GTM and business roles
- Experience working in a global environment
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Native or fluent Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
