Job Summary
Run the daily operations of Marina Sol Apartments, overseeing leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and compliance to drive occupancy, revenue, and NOI. Lead the on-site team by hiring, training, and enforcing clear expectations while protecting the asset through routine inspections and vendor management. Own financial performance by managing rent collections, executing the operating budget, and adjusting leasing strategies based on market conditions. Handle resident issues with firmness and ensure strict adherence to Fair Housing laws and emergency protocols. This full-time, on-site role in Pensacola, FL requires a decisive leader comfortable with direct accountability and high-performance standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on multifamily property management experience
- Proven ability to lead on-site teams and drive asset performance
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and expense control experience
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Full on-site presence or relocation
