Job Summary
Oversee construction projects from planning through completion, managing schedules, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Review plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Monitor job progress to keep projects on schedule and within budget, resolving issues and communicating updates to leadership. Maintain strong client relationships and support field teams throughout the delivery process.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
