Job Summary
Lead and coordinate integrated plans for Boeing’s Product Security Engineering initiatives in Seattle/Everett. Develop and maintain schedules, perform risk assessments and trend analyses, manage changes and baselines, and drive program execution across cross-functional teams. Acts as primary interface to stakeholders to define requirements and objectives, while coordinating commitments with internal and external partners. Brings strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with cross-functional collaboration, open-plan scheduling, and PM best practices to optimize project outcomes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 6+ years of related experience; proficiency with integrated scheduling, Office tools, and data analytics; familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and security/compliance considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Integrated Scheduling
- 3+ years supporting cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience leading teams and/or leading initiatives
- 3+ years of experience working directly with executives or senior leaders
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Preferred: Experience in data analysis, trending, and reporting; Agile methodologies; Project Manager or Scrum Master experience
