Job Summary
Leads, develops, coordinates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex aerospace/defense projects; performs risk assessments, develops mitigation plans, and refines business cases. Presents at executive level, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures baseline management and change control across multiple disciplines. Requires 5+ years in project/program management, cross-functional collaboration, and aerospace/defense experience; relocation may be offered; 100% onsite in Huntsville, AL; export-control compliance applies (U.S. Person). Proficiency in extracting insights from data, developing executive presentations, and influencing with strong communication and leadership. PMP and Tableau/SQL experience are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project/program management skills
- 5+ years’ experience working with cross functional teams
- 3+ years’ experience developing and refining executive level presentations
- 3+ years’ experience working within aerospace manufacturing or defense program environments
