Job Summary
Experienced Supply Chain Planning professional to join Deloitte's Nordic Supply Chain Planning practice in Sweden. You will work on end-to-end transformation projects across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP/IBP domains, designing and implementing best-practice planning capabilities, supporting clients in selecting and implementing advanced planning technologies, and driving client engagements and project delivery. Strong leadership, client-facing collaboration, and a strategic mindset in an international environment are essential. Proficiency in APS technologies (Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9, OMP, Blue Yonder, Relex, Anaplan) and a track record in leading supply chain transformation initiatives, with professional English and Swedish communication skills, are required. Travel flexibility is anticipated, with roles based in Stockholm or Malmö, Sweden.
Required Qualifications
- Experience from Supply Chain Planning transformation and implementation projects
- Experience with APS technologies such as Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9, OMP, Blue Yonder, Relex and Anaplan
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams in projects or in line organizations
- Ability to lead and direct interaction with clients primarily in client-facing roles
- Solid project and program management skills (advisory, strategy, presentation, problem solving, coordination)
- Professional level of English and Swedish in oral and written communication
- Travel flexibility
