Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery while assembling products and components according to specifications. Perform routine quality checks to ensure standards are met, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and escalate problems when necessary. Maintain accurate production records and documentation while adhering to safety procedures and keeping work areas clean. This role requires a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work flexible shifts including overtime. RPM seeks reliable, detail-driven technicians to join our fast-paced team.
