Experienced Product Sales

Provide information and facilitate the sale of resort attractions and services (e.g., lift passes, lessons, childcare) using the POS system; responsibilities include creating/updating customer profiles, processing discounts/payments, administering exchanges and returns, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation. Effective communication by phone, email, and in person with guests, travel partners, properties, tour operations, and colleagues; stay knowledgeable about resort products, policies, and operations; participate in daily POS audits and coordinate with other departments as needed. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends; high school diploma or GED; ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs; full-time year-round roles with health and other benefits. Experience in customer service or ticket sales preferred, with strong English communication skills and a willingness to work outdoors/in varying conditions.
