Job Summary
Experienced Product Review Engineer (Liaison Engineer) for Boeing Aerospace Operations in San Antonio, TX. Responsible for assessing and resolving product/process issues through the product lifecycle, applying engineering principles to research technical, operational and quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and developing dispositions for design non-conformances. Designs interim structural repairs, conducts static strength analysis, develops non-destructive test procedures, and supports Integrated Product Teams with design reviews. Requires 100% onsite work in San Antonio, US citizenship, and ability to obtain a US security clearance (interim/final) after start. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least 5 years of engineering experience; MRB or similar certification and liaison engineering experience required; willingness to work in a factory environment with associated hazards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience
- Material Review Board Certification experience or similar
- Liaison Engineering experience
- Ability to be work in factory environment which includes stairs, trip hazards, high noise areas, chemical hazards (breathing and handling), and entering airplanes during their many stages of build
