Job Summary
Experienced Procurement Analyst (Self Governance/Compliance) develops and executes training programs for BGS Commercial Spares and Services, performs training needs assessments, coordinates logistics for sessions, ensures effective delivery, and analyzes feedback to drive improvements. Collaborates with the BGS Supply Chain Commercial training lead and procurement teams to understand business training requirements, and works with subject-matter experts in supply chain, operations, data analysis, process development and planning to create training solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain
- 3+ years of experience in delivering training solutions
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Competency in using training tools (PowerPoint, Video Editing, Internal Resources)
- Export Control: Must meet U.S. export control compliance; U.S. Person required
