Job Summary
Develop and execute training programs for Boeing Global Services Commercial Spares and Services; conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps; oversee scheduling and logistics of training sessions (venues and materials); ensure effective delivery of training; analyze feedback and performance data to identify improvements; collaborate with supply chain commercial training lead and SMEs in supply chain, operations, data analysis, and process development; requires highly organized multi-project management and 100% onsite work in Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain
- 3+ years of experience in delivering training solutions
- Competency in using training tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Video Editing, Internal Resources)
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- 3+ years of experience engaging in senior level communications and presentation development
- Export Control requirements: “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62
