Job Summary
Partner with and learn from teachers to create a welcoming classroom; use growth mindset to inspire learning; implement L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants to preschoolers; create a safe, nurturing environment; communicate with parents via apps and discussions; support enrollment/engagement; build relationships with families and coworkers; teach in a state-of-the-art classroom utilizing technology and resources to foster play and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional teaching experience preferred
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs
- US work authorization (Required)
- Must be a Team Player
