Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsibilities include creating a welcoming and engaging classroom space for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers; using a growth mindset to inspire a love of learning; implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum; communicating with parents about children’s progress; collaborating with daycare staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals; and fostering a nurturing environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. The role requires 1 year of teaching experience preferred or 6 months required, and an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required).
