Job Summary
Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow while implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®. Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and partner with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals. Communicate regularly with parents via mobile apps and discussions to share children's achievements and build strong relationships with families and coworkers. Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. This role requires one year of professional teaching experience (or six months), an associate degree in ECE or higher, and CPR/First Aid certifications.

- Infant, Adult, Child CPR and First Aid Certifications

- applicable state licensing requirements
