Job Summary
Experienced Preschool Teacher to implement LEAP Curriculum®, create welcoming and engaging classrooms for infants to preschoolers, and foster a love of learning. Responsibilities include using a growth mindset to inspire young minds, maintaining a safe, nurturing environment, and communicating regularly with parents about children's progress. You will partner with daycare staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals, build relationships with families and coworkers, and contribute to a dynamic learning environment where play and academic development happen together. The role requires professional teaching experience (1 year preferred or 6 months required) and an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required).
