Job Summary
As a Preschool Teacher, you lead classroom activities and deliver the Learning Experience: LEAP curriculum, turning concepts into engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons. You’ll create a safe, nurturing environment that meets Texas childcare standards, partner with parents through real-time updates, and collaborate with a supportive team to foster early childhood development. The role emphasizes hands-on teaching, storytelling, classroom management, and a clear path for growth into lead or management roles. The position is full-time and in-person in TX, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of professional experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool setting
- High School Diploma required; CDA/Associate’s/Bachelor’s in ECE/Education a major plus
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it)
