Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging classroom for young children, implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers or preschoolers, cultivating a safe, nurturing learning environment, and communicating regularly with parents about children’s progress; collaborate with daycare staff to support enrollment and center success, build relationships with families and coworkers, and participate in ongoing childcare training and leadership pathways.
Required Qualifications
- one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
- there are applicable state licensing requirements for the role
