Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsibilities include creating a welcoming classroom for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers; implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum; fostering a growth mindset and love of learning; communicating with parents about children's progress; collaborating with daycare staff to support enrollment and center success; and building relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic, engaging learning environment. The role requires caring, creative individuals with professional teaching experience and an education background (associate degree or higher preferred, or HS diploma/GED as required), plus Florida DCF 45 Hour Training and state licensing, with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Six months professional teaching experience (required)
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred)
- Florida DCF 45 Hour Training Complete
