Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsibilities include creating a welcoming classroom space for young children, using a growth mindset to inspire learning, implementing the LEAP Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, maintaining a safe nurturing environment, communicating with parents about children’s progress via various channels, partnering with daycare staff to support enrollment and center success, and building strong relationships with families and coworkers. Candidate should have genuine passion for early education, with required or preferred experience as noted, and meet the stated education/licensing requirements. Required Qualifications
- One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
