Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging classroom environment for young children, delivering developmentally appropriate activities using the LEAP Curriculum®, promoting growth in academic and emotional skills, communicating regularly with families about children’s progress, and collaborating with daycare staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals. Requires cultivating a safe, nurturing setting, employing a growth mindset to inspire curiosity and learning, partnering with families and coworkers to support each child’s development, and facilitating play-based learning that supports infants, toddlers, or preschoolers as appropriate. Prior teaching experience and an ECE-related degree are preferred; state licensing requirements apply.
Required Qualifications

- associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or high school diploma/GED (required)
