Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsible for creating a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe and inspired to learn. Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® tailored to Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers; foster emotional and academic growth through play-based learning and a growth mindset; build strong relationships with families by sharing milestones and moments; collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals; design thoughtful lesson plans and bring creativity, care, and connection to every interaction; contribute as a joyful teammate to the classroom community.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (1+ year preferred)
- Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment
