Job Summary
Experienced Preschool Teacher responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging classroom for young children, implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, communicating with parents about children’s progress, and collaborating with daycare staff to support enrollment and center success. Must foster a safe, nurturing environment and use a growth mindset to inspire learning across infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, with duties including lesson planning, relationship-building with families and staff, and supporting professional development and leadership pathways.
Required Qualifications
- One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months of professional teaching experience required
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related degree preferred or High school diploma/GED required
- There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role
