Lead preschool center operations as Center Director at The Learning Experience in Brooklyn, overseeing staff supervision of preschool teachers, aides, and support staff; hire, train, and provide professional development; design and implement educational programs aligned with national, state, and local standards; set learning goals and maintain instructional excellence.
