Job Summary
Conduct poker games with customers according to casino policies and procedures. This role requires the dealer to develop and maintain a service culture while providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service. Responsibilities include handling all payoffs, customer buy-ins, fills, and credits. A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with either relevant experience or successful completion of a dealing school. Additional skills in mental and physical dexterity, customer service, and communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Passed a math and dexterity test or completed dealing school and passed an audition or have a minimum of 6 months dealing experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to respond to visual and aural cues
- Ability to control and pace the assigned game

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- High degree of mental and physical dexterity
Additional Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Pass a company background investigation
