Job Summary
Install residential water, sewer, and gas piping systems, including whole-home repipes and trenchless sewer systems. Perform excavation, underground installations, and replace fixtures, water heaters, and filtration systems. Read blueprints, ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, and document materials used. Communicate professionally with homeowners, maintain clean job sites, and coordinate with technicians and sales staff to complete projects on schedule. Operate excavation equipment when applicable. Full-time, year-round work with a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing installation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best installation practices
- Experience with PEX, copper, ABS, PVC, cast iron, and underground plumbing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, trenches, and confined areas
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to operate excavation equipment is a plus
- Whole-home repipes
- Sewer replacements
- Water service replacements
- Trenchless sewer systems (CIPP) preferred but not required
- Hydro jetting experience is a plus
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
