Job Summary
Execute troubleshooting to identify root causes of plumbing issues and perform timely repairs on residential systems, including sinks, water heaters, toilets, and appliances. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures while ensuring compliance with local codes. Explain services and pricing to customers, establish rapport to sell products, and document before-and-after photos on an iPad. Maintain truck cleanliness and participate in training, morning meetings, and apprenticeship mentorship. Work alongside Customer Service and Dispatch teams. Requires 1+ years of experience, a Plumbing Apprentice License (preferred), and ability to lift up to 150 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, and filtration
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Plumbing Apprentice License (preferred)
- Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
- Service Titan Experience (Preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean driving record
- Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language
- Must be able to adequately perform each essential duty
