Job Summary
Assist with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation while managing case files and eDiscovery. Conduct legal and factual research, prepare for depositions and hearings, and communicate directly with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Own tasks from start to finish without hand-holding, maintain accurate timekeeping, and support other case-related tasks as needed. This one-to-one partnership with an assigned attorney allows you to become your attorney's right hand in a plaintiff litigation firm that prepares every case as if it's headed to trial.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience
- Comfortable owning a task from start to finish without a lot of hand-holding
- Sharp legal research instincts
- Fluency across eDiscovery platforms
- A communicator who can hold their own with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses
- Willing to work overtime
- Willing to travel as needed
