Job Summary
Assist with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation while managing case files and electronic discovery. Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews, and conduct legal and factual research. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel, and maintain accurate timekeeping for assigned employment litigation cases. This role requires 5+ years of plaintiff litigation experience and proficiency in legal research tools and eDiscovery databases. The position involves working one-to-one with an attorney, with occasional overtime and travel. Greenberg Gross LLP is a high-stakes boutique trial firm tackling critical societal issues.
