Prepare pizzas and menu items in a fast-paced NY-style pizza kitchen; operate deck ovens; slap/stretch dough; ensure food safety and sanitation; follow recipe and presentation standards to WOW guests; label and rotate food (FIFO); coordinate orders to support accurate and timely delivery to each table; work with a team during rush hours and adapt to high-volume service.
