Job Summary
Ensure great customer service by dealing a standardized, smooth and mechanically efficient game. Responsibilities include leading by example, maintaining a high degree of hospitality, executing correct payouts and transactions, managing game efficiency, following card club policies, and providing a pleasant atmosphere for customers. Ideal candidates should possess at least one year of dealing experience, a high school diploma, and demonstrate reliability and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- One year minimum dealing experience in legal card room and/or certified training from accredited school
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, trustworthy, pleasant personality, able to handle pressure and difficult situations
Desired Qualifications
- Previous multi game experience
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to obtain an MRC license
