Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments to establish tailored treatment plans for geriatric clients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Administer hands-on physical therapy focusing on mobility, pain management, and daily functional activities. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises to encourage ongoing recovery. Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately in Electronic Medical Records systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to refine care strategies. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a facility equipped with advanced manual therapy techniques and exercise modalities.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- An active Physical Therapy license in Oregon
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as WebPT
- A clean professional license

- Experience working with geriatric populations or in rehabilitation settings
- Hands-on experience with specialized treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and pain management techniques
