Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to establish effective treatment protocols and implement diverse therapeutic techniques including exercise, hands-on therapy, and advanced rehabilitation equipment. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on specific therapeutic goals, regularly monitor progress by documenting responses and adjusting strategies based on feedback, and educate patients and caregivers on treatment methods and assistive devices. Stay current with latest practices through continuing education and workshops while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized solutions for diverse patient populations ranging from children with developmental conditions to adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- valid state license to practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in utilizing computer systems and software for patient documentation and administrative tasks
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and versatile work environment

Desired Qualifications
