Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients, tailoring treatment plans based on specific needs and physician referrals. Implement individualized protocols covering orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine while delivering expert therapeutic care using evidence-based practices. Engage actively with patients and caregivers to educate them on rehabilitation strategies and preventive measures, fostering an environment of trust. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to monitor treatment effectiveness and adhere to established clinical utilization goals. Work with a diverse demographic ranging from children to elderly individuals across various conditions, including complex orthopedic injuries and post-operative recovery. Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A current physical therapy license in the state of Florida
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

- Proficient in computer usage for documentation, reporting, and communication
- A commitment to building positive patient relationships that inspire confidence and motivation
- A minimum of two years of experience as a practicing physical therapist
