Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical condition and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercise, hands-on therapy, stretching, and therapeutic equipment. Provide ongoing patient education to ensure effective use of prescribed exercises and monitor progress to adjust plans as necessary. Document interactions and outcomes meticulously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including physicians. Participate in professional development activities such as workshops and peer reviews. This full-time role in Charlottesville, Virginia requires a Bachelor's Degree, active state license, and at least two years of outpatient experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active State license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and physical therapy best practices
