Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on client assessments to alleviate pain and restore function. Conduct thorough evaluations using diagnostic tests to determine musculoskeletal and functional abilities, then monitor progress to adjust protocols as needed. Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants in executing therapy while providing education to clients and families regarding rehabilitation techniques. Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with OASIS requirements and engage in interdisciplinary case conferences to plan care strategies. Support clients in enhancing independence by evaluating home environments for appropriate interventions. This role focuses on outpatient care for diverse populations recovering from post-surgical conditions or managing chronic pain within our Winchester, Virginia facility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Valid and active Physical Therapy license in Virginia
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Desired Qualifications
