Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs following injury, disease, or surgery. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing exercises, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment, then execute these plans while modifying approaches as necessary. Document all patient responses and progress meticulously in electronic health records and provide ongoing reassessment of therapeutic goals. Advise patients and families on assistive device usage and lead educational sessions regarding therapy modalities. Participate in professional development workshops, seminars, and community outreach initiatives. This onsite role at Constant Physical Therapy in Sayreville, NJ, serves a diverse population ranging from children to seniors across various diagnoses.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of a varied patient population
- Proficiency in computer systems and electronic documentation
