Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop tailored treatment programs for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Implement rehabilitation protocols and provide high-quality therapeutic care within the facility or during home visits. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and therapeutic exercises while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes. Meet and exceed business metrics in patient utilization rates and maintain outstanding customer service standards. Apply evidence-based methodologies to support diverse patient demographics recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a physical therapy setting
- Current CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing and computer use
Desired Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Experience in a rehabilitation center or similar clinical environment
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices relevant to various physical therapy specialties
- A track record of developing meaningful relationships with patients
