Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients to assess physical condition, needs, and therapy goals. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, providing hands-on therapy through manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities. Track progress and adjust regimens using data-driven methods while educating patients on exercises that promote recovery and prevent future injuries. Document all interactions meticulously and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Requires a Virginia license and two years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- An active Virginia Physical Therapist license in good standing
- At least two years of clinical experience

- Experience with diverse patient populations, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation
