Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional capabilities. Craft individualized treatment plans that align with specific patient goals, utilizing hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrical stimulation. Provide education on body mechanics and injury prevention while monitoring progress and documenting care using evidence-based practices. Collaborate closely with physicians and occupational therapists to ensure cohesive patient care for individuals managing back pain, osteoarthritis, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Maintain meticulous records adhering to regulatory standards. Work onsite Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in managing a variety of conditions
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Strong analytical skills to assess and address diverse patient needs effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
- Five or more years of hands-on experience within a rehabilitation setting
- Expertise in implementing advanced physical therapy techniques, including electrotherapy and aquatic therapy
- History of collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to create integrated care plans
