Job Summary
Conduct detailed patient evaluations to create individualized treatment plans, then implement evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, exercise, and functional training. Administer various physical therapy modalities while maintaining comprehensive records in compliance with industry regulations. Monitor patient progress to adjust treatment strategies and provide education to patients and families regarding their rehabilitation journey. Collaborate with referring physicians and participate in team meetings to share insights and enhance therapeutic practices. Work onsite Monday through Friday with a focus on orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- A full state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, as mandated by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
- A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, demonstrating proficiency in patient assessments and treatment methodologies.
- Current CPR certification, ensuring preparedness for any emergency situation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, crucial for effective patient interaction and documentation.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and practice management software, enhancing efficiency in patient care.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with patients and their families, enabling their journey toward recovery.
- A positive attitude with a genuine desire to connect with and support patients and the community.
