Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities, then develop individualized treatment plans utilizing exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment. Implement treatment sessions to help patients attain maximum potential while closely tracking and documenting progress, regularly reevaluating goals and adjusting plans based on patient development. Recommend assistive devices and provide education and training for patients, families, and caregivers on therapy-related practices and the use of assistive modalities. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to maintain technical skills. Work with a diverse patient population including children and adults recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and mobility issues.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional adaptability and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in computer and documentation systems
- Prior experience in a physical therapy setting
