Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on rehabilitation goals tailored to each patient's specific needs. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and self-care techniques, ensuring understanding and adherence to prescribed regimes. Administer various modalities, including electrical stimulation, heat/ice therapy, and ultrasound, to enhance recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, physical assessments, and treatment modifications in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and transition plans. Work onsite at our state-of-the-art facility in Arlington Heights, IL, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Illinois
- Minimum of one year of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing patient-centric care
- Commitment to fostering an engaging rehabilitation environment
Desired Qualifications
- Additional experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
- Experience in specialized areas such as orthopedics or geriatrics
