Job Summary
Develop individualized care plans and execute comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored to patients recovering from surgery, injuries, and chronic pain. Implement evidence-based interventions and cost-effective therapy modalities to restore functionality while educating patients on non-surgical treatment options. Monitor treatment effects rigorously, adjusting plans based on patient progress and feedback. Manage an optimal patient load to ensure quality interaction and maintain meticulous documentation in WebPT. Collaborate with specialists to provide holistic care within our outpatient sports medicine and orthopedic facility.
Required Qualifications
- A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- An active and unblemished Physical Therapist license, with no history of sanctions or proceedings.
- Strong proficiency with manual therapy techniques and a deep understanding of various treatment modalities.
- Exceptional ability to create and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Proficient utilization of EMR software, particularly WebPT, to ensure efficient and accurate patient documentation.
- A strong foundation in the latest evidence-based physical therapy practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in an outpatient setting, particularly within a sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation context.
- Hands-on experience with diverse patient populations, including athletes and post-surgical individuals.
