Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and establish effective treatment plans for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports conditions. Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques tailored to each patient's condition while educating patients and caregivers on treatment protocols and self-management strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and foster a positive, motivational environment throughout the recovery journey. Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of New Jersey.
- Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with computer skills for documentation and patient management.
- A commitment to building strong relationships with patients and a desire to positively influence their recovery process.
Desired Qualifications
