Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations in an outpatient setting to assess physical capabilities and limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating manual therapy, exercise techniques, and specialized equipment to address pain relief, increased mobility, and improved physical function. Document patient progress meticulously and reevaluate goals to adjust plans based on condition changes. Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation strategies and self-care techniques while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care. This full-time role offers flexible Monday-to-Friday scheduling to support work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Current state license in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective patient interactions and documentation.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
- A flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to patient needs and evolving treatment environments.
- Monday to Friday hours
