Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and high-tech equipment. Monitor and document progress regularly while adjusting care strategies to optimize rehabilitation outcomes for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain. Educate patients and families on self-care strategies and assistive devices, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies while engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and continuing education courses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active and valid state license as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer use for documentation and scheduling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, specifically within outpatient care
